What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed.
When you submit the request form we collect the name, phone number, address and description you provide, so that dispatch can return your call. When you call, we keep a record of the call and what was discussed.
Contact information is used to respond to your request, schedule work, and follow up about that work. It is not sold.
Photos you send of damage are used to assess the work and, where you ask us to, to support your insurance claim. We do not publish photos of your property without your permission.
This site may use basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. That data is aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
To have your information removed, email the address in the footer and say so. We will remove it from our records.
